The Work

Most problems come down to behavior.

I've spent over two decades inside global corporations and early-stage ventures, and alongside people who decided to do something differently. In an organization, on a team, or in one person's life, the sticking point is almost always behavior: the stories people tell themselves and the systems those stories create. I work with people and organizations ready to change those systems.

The Capacity Line

See how you lead under pressure and with others

The Capacity Line shows how you respond in two settings: when the pressure is on, and when you're working with other people. It places you in one of four patterns and gives you a capacity score from 0 to 100.

It takes about three minutes. Your results and a guide to your pattern arrive by email. Retake it later to see what has changed.

We'll email your results to the address you enter and add you to the Capacity Line list. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your answers, including the demographic questions, are used to score your results and are reported only in aggregate.

For organizations and leaders

Advisory for leaders and organizations in the middle of change

I work with executives, teams, and institutions facing change that reaches how people lead, build coalitions, and handle complexity.

The Capacity Line is the way in. It shows where leadership habits help the change and where they slow it down.

For events and audiences

Keynotes on how personal habits shape organizations

I speak at corporate conferences, university convocations, and community gatherings about culture, identity, and leadership. The talk changes with the room, and the argument stays the same: how a person leads and how an organization runs come from the same habits.
